PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power demand prediction apparatus capable of performing more accurate power demand prediction on the basis of limited actual data.SOLUTION: A power demand prediction apparatus 100 comprises: an area feature value prediction unit 114 that receives actual data on a vehicle as input and predicts, for each block area of a plurality of block areas, an area feature value showing a feature of a vehicle belonging to the block area; an individual model acquisition unit 112 for acquiring an individual model for each specific vehicle that receives an area feature value as input and outputs power demand for the specific vehicle in a specific charging facility; and a demand prediction calculation unit 113 for inputting a predicted area feature value to the individual model to calculate a prediction value of power demand for a specific vehicle corresponding to the individual model in the specific charging facility.
