PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power demand prediction apparatus capable of performing more accurate power demand prediction on the basis of limited actual data.SOLUTION: A power demand prediction apparatus 100 comprises: a data acceptance unit 101 for accepting input of vehicle probe data in which a specific running state is recorded; an individual model generation unit 112 for generating, on the basis of the accepted vehicle probe data, an individual model showing correlation between an actual value of factor information to be a factor for decision making to charge a specific vehicle in a specific charging facility and an actual value showing power demand for the specific vehicle in the specific facility, by specific vehicle or by user of the specific vehicle; and a demand prediction calculation unit 113 for calculating a prediction value of power demand for the specific vehicle in the specific charging facility on the basis of the generated individual model.
