PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic spring capable of eliminating a reinforcing piece near a mounting piece while forming the mounting piece in a body with an upper face plate.SOLUTION: There is provided an upper face plate 2 mounted to the vehicle body side of a railway vehicle. There is provided a lower member 3 mounted to the bogie side of the railway vehicle. There is provided a cylindrical diaphragm 4 fixed to the upper face plate 2 and the lower member 3. A circumferential edge part of the upper face plate 2 is bent to form a bent part 5. A mounting piece 6 fixed to the vehicle body is formed in a body with the upper face plate 2. The mounting piece 6 is formed at the circumferential edge of the upper face plate 2 and at a position different from that of the bent part 5. A cutout part is formed between the bent part 5 and the mounting piece 6. The bent part 5 is formed up to a location near the mounting piece 6. The upper face plate 2 is reinforced by the bent part 5 substantially over the entire circumference.

    【課題】上面板と一体に取付片を形成しつつ、取付片の近傍の補強片を不要にすることのできる空気ばねの提供。【解決手段】鉄道車両の車体側に取り付ける上面板2を設ける。鉄道車両の台車側に取り付ける下側部材3を設ける。上面板2及び下側部材3に止着する筒状のダイヤフラム4を設ける。上面板2の周縁部分を折曲して折曲部5を形成する。車体側に固定する取付片6を上面板2と一体に形成する。取付片6を上面板2の周縁部分で折曲部5と異なる位置に形成する。折曲部5と取付片6との間に切欠部を形成する。取付片6の近くにまで折曲部5を形成する。折曲部5で上面板2をほぼ全周に渡って補強する。【選択図】図1
