PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved pneumatic spring capable of resolving some problems such as possibility of occurrence of damage at a diaphragm caused by cracks or poor economy at a bonding step or non-manufacturing efficiency, improving production costs or production efficiency while it employs a configuration arranging a sliding sheet contributing to improvement of durability and further the pneumatic spring shows no possibility of damage of the diaphragm and shows a superior function.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a pneumatic spring having a vehicle body side upper supporting part 1, a bogie side lower supporting part 2 arranged below the upper supporting part 1, and a diaphragm 3 made of elastic material, the upper supporting part is provided with a receiver part 6 made of elastic material for receiving the diaphragm 3 and supporting it, there is provided a sliding sheet 7 arranged between the upper part and the lower part of the diaphragm 3 and the receiver part 6, the outer circumference part of the sliding sheet 7 is formed with a returning-back part K going around the upper side at the outer circumference of the receiver part 6. A thickness of the receiver part 6 is set to show a different direction structure that is different from each other in view of a forward or rearward location 6A along an advancing direction of a vehicle body and a lateral direction location 6B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】耐久性向上に貢献する摺動シートを設ける構成を採用しながら、割れによるダイヤフラムの損傷のおそれや、接着工程による不経済や非生産効率である問題を解消できて、生産コストや生産効率が向上するとともに、ダイヤフラムの損傷のおそれもなく良好に機能する様に改善された空気ばねを提供する。【解決手段】車体側の上支持部1と、その下方に配置される台車側の下支持部2と、可撓性を有する材料からなるダイヤフラム3と、を有する空気ばねにおいて、上支持部1にダイヤフラム3を受止めて支持する弾性材製の受止め部6が設けられ、ダイヤフラム3と受止め部6との上下間に配置される摺動シート7が装備され、摺動シート7の外周部には、受止め部6の外周部上側に回り込む返し部Kが形成される。受止め部6の厚さは、車体の進行方向に沿う前後方向の部位6Aと左右方向の部位6Bとにおいて互いに異なる異方向性構造のものに設定されている。【選択図】図1
