PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct a crane stop position according to an amount of deviation of a coil pallet installation position from a reference position and an amount of deviation of a coil loading position on the coil pallet from a reference position, and perform lifting and loading of the coil automatically and safely.SOLUTION: A control device 6 acquires a coil pallet position deviation amount which is an amount of deviation of an installation position of a coil pallet 7 from a reference position and a coil position deviation amount which is an amount of deviation of a loading position of a coil 8 on the coil pallet 7 from a reference position, calculates a correction amount for a stop position of a crane 3 based on the acquired coil pallet position deviation amount and the coil position deviation amount, and, using the calculated correction amount, corrects a stop position of the crane 3 that performs loading of the coil 8 onto the coil pallet 7 or lifting of the coil 8 on the coil pallet 7.

    【課題】コイルパレットの設置位置の基準位置からのズレ量およびコイルパレット上のコイルの載置位置の基準位置からのズレ量に応じてクレーンの停止位置を補正して、自動で安全にコイルの吊り上げ、積み込みを行うこと。【解決手段】制御装置6が、コイルパレット7の設置位置の基準位置からのズレ量であるコイルパレット位置ズレ量と、コイルパレット7上でのコイル8の載置位置の基準位置からのズレ量であるコイル位置ズレ量とを取得し、取得されたコイルパレット位置ズレ量とコイル位置ズレ量とに基づいて、クレーン3の停止位置の補正量を算出し、算出された補正量を用いて、コイルパレット7上へのコイル8の積み込みまたはコイルパレット7上のコイル8の吊り上げを行うクレーン3の停止位置を補正する。【選択図】図1
