PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular interior material using an excellent molded article of polyolefin resin foamed particles capable of maintaining reduction effect for rubbing noise.SOLUTION: The vehicular interior material made of a molded article of polyolefin resin foamed particles is manufactured by in-mold molding of polyolefin resin foamed particles consisting of a foamed core layer formed of a polyolefin resin and a coating layer formed of a polyethylene resin which coats the core layer. The flexural modules of the polyolefin resin forming the core layer is 600 to 1600 MPa, the ratio of area occupied by a coating layer component of the foamed particles on a surface of the molded article of the foamed particles is 50% or more, and the 50% compression stress of the molded article of the foamed particles is 0.10 to 0.55 MPa.

    【課題】擦れ音低減効果が持続できる良好なポリオレフィン系樹脂発泡粒子成形体を用いた車両用内装材の提供。【解決手段】ポリオレフィン系樹脂から形成される発泡状態の芯層と、該芯層を被覆するポリエチレン系樹脂から形成される被覆層とから構成されているポリオレフィン系樹脂発泡粒子を型内成形してなる発泡粒子成形体製の車両用内装材であって、前記芯層を形成しているポリオレフィン系樹脂の曲げ弾性率が600〜1600MPaであり、前記発泡粒子成形体の表面における前記発泡粒子の被覆層成分による占有面積率が50%以上であり、発泡粒子成形体の50%圧縮応力が0.10〜0.55MPaであるポリオレフィン系樹脂発泡粒子成形体製車両用内装材。【選択図】なし
