PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid vehicle controller that prevents sub battery exhaustion.SOLUTION: A HV-ECU (hybrid vehicle controller) sets the sub battery voltage at a normal value when the SOC of a main battery is a threshold level α or more (S1:NO) (S21), and judges whether or not the engine is on operation when the SOC of the main battery is smaller than the threshold level α (S1:YES) (S41). The sub battery voltage is set lower than a normal value when the engine is out of operation (S3:NO) (S41), and sub battery voltage is set higher than a value when the engine is out of operation the engine is on operation (S3:YES)(S51). This process hardly makes a fall of the SOC of the sub battery as compared with a prior art that inhibits charging into the sub battery when the SOC of a main battery is lower than a predetermined threshold level. Therefore. the sub battery exhaustion can be prevented.

    【課題】 サブバッテリ上がりを防止するハイブリッド車制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】 HV−ECU(ハイブリッド車制御装置)は、メインバッテリのSOCが閾値α以上(S1:NO)の通常時に、サブバッテリ電圧を通常値に設定し(S21)、メインバッテリのSOCが閾値αより小さいとき(S1:YES)、エンジンが稼働時であるか否か判断する(S3)。エンジン非稼働時(S3:NO)には、サブバッテリ電圧を通常値より低く設定し(S41)、エンジン稼働時(S3:YES)には、サブバッテリ電圧をエンジン非稼働時の値より高く設定する(S51)。これにより、メインバッテリのSOCが所定の閾値より低いときサブバッテリへの充電を禁止する従来技術に比べ、サブバッテリのSOCが下がりにくくなる。よって、サブバッテリ上がりを防止することができる。【選択図】図2
