PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attitude control device capable of stably imparting a sufficient torque for making a posture change to a posture control object.SOLUTION: A posture control device 100 includes a housing 1 fixed to an object for controlling a posture, and further includes: a gimbal 5 fixed to the housing 1 by supporting a rotary shaft 3 so as to make a gyro motor 11 and a rotary shaft 3 integrally rotated within the housing 1; a motor 14 for rotationally driving the rotary shaft 3; a wave gear device 8 for reducing a speed of the rotation of the motor 14 so as to be transmitted to the rotary shaft 3; and a rotation detection device 12 for detecting the rotation number of the gyro motor 11. A rotation center axis B of the gyro motor 11 extends in the direction orthogonal to a rotation center axis A of the rotation detection device 12. A control device 20 of the posture control device 100 adjusts the rotation number of the gyro motor 11 on the basis of rotation number information received from the rotation detection device 12, and rotationally drives the motor 14 and controls a posture of the object.

    【課題】姿勢制御対象物に対して姿勢を変化させるための十分なトルクを安定して与えることができる姿勢制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】姿勢制御装置100は、姿勢を制御する対象物に固定される筐体1を備え、さらに、筐体1内に、ジャイロモータ11と、ジャイロモータ11を一体に回転させるように有する回転シャフト3を支持して筐体1に固定されるジンバル5と、回転シャフト3を回転駆動するモータ14と、モータ14の回転を減速して回転シャフト3に伝達する波動歯車装置8と、ジャイロモータ11の回転数を検出する回転検出器12とを備える。ジャイロモータ11の回転中心軸Bは、回転シャフト3の回転中心軸Aと交差する方向に延在する。姿勢制御装置100の制御装置20は、回転検出器12から受けとる回転数情報に基づきジャイロモータ11の回転数を調節すると共に、モータ14を回転駆動し、対象物の姿勢を制御する。【選択図】図1
