PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation method of a tire that reduces a failure of simulation computation thereby making the computation more stable and efficient, as well as a device and program for the method.SOLUTION: A simulation method of a tire includes: a creation step for creating a computer-analyzable tire model of the tire; position information acquisition step for acquiring position information indicating a position where the tire model is the maximum in a radian direction by applying a predetermined inner pressure to the tire model; a setting step for creating a computer-analyzable road surface model of a road surface the tire touches, acquiring setting position information indicating a setting position where a predetermined distance is added in a radial direction to the position where the tire model is the maximum based on the position information, and setting the road surface model to the setting position based on this setting position information; and an analysis step for performing contact analysis with either one of a rotation axis of the tire model and the road surface model being constrained.

    【課題】シミュレーションの計算の破綻を抑制して計算の安定化を図るとともに、計算の効率化を図ることができるタイヤのシミュレーション方法、その装置およびプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】タイヤのシミュレーション方法は、タイヤについて、コンピュータで解析可能なタイヤモデルを作成する作成工程と、タイヤモデルに所定の内圧を付与して、タイヤモデルの径方向において最大となる位置の位置情報を取得する位置情報取得工程と、タイヤが接触する路面について、コンピュータで解析可能な路面モデルを作成し、位置情報に基づいてタイヤモデルの最大の位置から径方向に所定の距離を与えた設定位置の設定位置情報を求め、この設定位置情報に基づき、設定位置に路面モデルを設定する設定工程と、タイヤモデルの回転軸および路面モデルのいずれか一方を拘束して接触解析を行う解析工程とを有する。【選択図】図3
