PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bumper reinforcement which can make compatible high rigidity and weight reduction.SOLUTION: A bumper reinforcement 20 comprises: an inner member 22 which is extended in a vehicle width direction at the inside of a vehicle body fore-and-aft direction, and formed into a hat shape in a cross section which becomes deeper in depth in the vehicle body fore-and-aft direction at the inside of the vehicle width direction than the outside of the vehicle width direction; an outer member 32 which is extended to the vehicle width direction at the outside of the vehicle body fore-and-aft direction, and formed into a hat shape in a cross section which becomes deeper in depth in the vehicle body fore-and-aft direction at the outside of the vehicle width direction than the inside of the vehicle width direction; and a middle plate 18 to which the inner member 22 and the outer member 32 are joined, and which forms closed cross section shape with the inner plate 22 and the outer plate 32 respectively.
