PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict movement of a vehicular battery which is caused by an impact occurring during a lateral collision of a vehicle and protect the battery in a fixing structure of the battery.SOLUTION: A battery (7) includes a flange part (8) extending from a rear end toward the vehicle rear side when viewed in a vehicle fore and aft direction (X). A fixing member (9) includes: a pressing part (10) which overlaps with the flange part (8) and presses the flange part (8) to a vehicle body panel (3); and an attachment part (11) attached to the vehicle body panel (3). In the fixing member (9), spring parts (15, 15) having a spring structure are formed at left and right ends of the pressing part (10). Protrusion parts (16, 16) are formed at positions, which are positioned at the outer side of the spring parts (15, 15) and located adjacent to the spring parts (15, 15), in the flange part (8) of the battery (7).
【課題】車両用バッテリの固定構造において、車両の側面衝突の衝撃に伴うバッテリの移動を規制し、バッテリを保護することにある。【解決手段】バッテリ(7)は、車両前後方向(X)における後端から車両後方に向かって延びるフランジ部(8)を備える。固定部材(9)は、フランジ部(8)に重なってフランジ部(8)を車体パネル(3)に押し付ける押え部(10)と、車体パネル(3)に取り付けられる取付部(11)とを備える。固定部材(9)には、押え部(10)の左右両端でばね構造を有するばね部(15・15)を形成している。バッテリ(7)のフランジ部(8)には、ばね部(15・15)の外側で且つばね部(15・15)に隣接する位置で突部(16・16)を形成している。【選択図】図4
