PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control device of a railway vehicle which has a small full active damper function that does not need a power source.SOLUTION: An oil hydraulic circuit 100 includes: a damper 10 provided between a dolly 153 and a vehicle 151; and a reservoir tank 20 which is connected with a head side chamber 10a of the damper 10 through a second check valve 40B. The oil hydraulic circuit 100 includes: a first unload passage R1 connected with the reservoir tank 20 from the head side chamber 10a; a first unload passage R2 connected with an accumulator 60 from the head side chamber 10a; a second on-load passage R3 connected with the accumulator 60 from a rod side chamber 10b; and a first unload passage R4 connected with the rod side chamber 10b from the accumulator 60. A pressure is accumulated in the accumulator 60 during on-loading and the pressure is supplied from the accumulator 60 to the head side chamber 10a or the rod side chamber 10b of the damper 10 during unloading.
