To provide a vibration control device for a railway vehicle enabling an actuator to exhibit a target thrust and a thrust with few errors even if disturbance is input in the actuator.SOLUTION: A vibration control device 1 for a railway vehicle includes: an actuator A which has a cylinder 2, a piston 3 movably inserted in the cylinder 2, a rod 4 movably inserted in the cylinder 2 and connected to the piston 3, a pump 12 capable of supplying fluid to inside of the cylinder 2, a motor 15 driving the pump, and a pressure control valve 22 including pressure override characteristics and adjusting the pressure inside the cylinder 2 in accordance with a current amount to be supplied; and a controller C for adjusting valve opening pressure of the pressure control valve 22 to control a thrust generated by the actuator A. The controller C obtains a target current amount Iref applied to the pressure control valve 22 based on a target thrust Fref generated by the actuator A and a rotation frequency Rp of the pump 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】アクチュエータに外乱が入力されてもアクチュエータに目標推力と誤差の少ない推力を発揮させ得る鉄道車両用制振装置を提供する。【解決手段】鉄道車両用制振装置1は、シリンダ2と、シリンダ2内に移動可能に挿入されるピストン3と、シリンダ2内に移動可能に挿入されるとともにピストン3に連結されるロッド4と、シリンダ2内に流体を供給可能なポンプ12と、ポンプを駆動するモータ15と、圧力オーバーライド特性を具備するとともに供給される電流量に応じてシリンダ2内の圧力を調整する圧力制御弁22とを有するアクチュエータAと、圧力制御弁22の開弁圧を調整してアクチュエータAが発生する推力を制御するコントローラCとを備え、コントローラCは、アクチュエータAに発生させる目標推力Frefと、ポンプ12の回転数Rpとに基づいて、圧力制御弁22へ与える目標電流量Irefを求める。【選択図】図4
