PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cool a battery unit.SOLUTION: In a battery unit 11 having multiple laminated battery modules 13, each air passage 19 between the laminated battery modules 13, 13 is sealed from both sides by second seal members 28, 28. Each air passage 18 between an end plate 22 and the battery module 13 is sealed from both sides by third seal members. An introduction duct 17, which introduces cooling air into the battery unit 11, is formed by a first duct member 41, which is made of a resin material and is lightweight, and a second duct member 42, which is made of a metal and has high rigidity. The high rigidity second duct member 42 is connected with the battery unit 11 through the first seal members 28 from a direction perpendicular to a lamination direction of the multiple battery modules 13.
