PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning controller for a vehicle that suppresses driving of a compressor by an internal combustion engine to improve an actual fuel economy by efficiently collecting deceleration energy of the vehicle and cold storing the energy in a heat exchanger for cooling.SOLUTION: The air conditioning controller for a vehicle comprises regenerative mode determining means for determining whether regenerative energy of the vehicle can be regenerated or not, an evaporator temperature sensor 51 and a control device 5 for controlling a discharge capacity of a variable capacity type compressor 11. The control device 5, when the regenerative mode determining means determines that the energy can be regenerated, cold-stores the energy in an evaporator 6 with a cold-storage agent using a refrigerant compressed by the compressor 11; and when a temperature detected by the evaporator temperature sensor 51 reaches a first temperature threshold T1 higher than a temperature at which the evaporator 6 with the cold-storage agent freezes, controls a compression capacity of the compressor 11 so that the first temperature threshold T1 is maintained.

    【課題】車両の減速エネルギーを効率よく回収して、冷却用熱交換器に蓄冷することで、内燃機関による圧縮機の駆動を抑制して、実用燃費の向上を図る車両用空調制御装置の提供を目的とする。【解決手段】車両の回生エネルギーの回生可否を判定する回生モード判定手段と、エバポレータ温度センサ51と、可変容量型の圧縮機11の吐出容量を制御する制御装置5と、を備え、制御装置5は、回生モード判定手段が回生可と判断した時に、圧縮機11が圧縮した冷媒で蓄冷剤付エバポレータ6に蓄冷し、エバポレータ温度センサ51が検出した温度が蓄冷剤付エバポレータ6に結氷する温度より高い第1温度閾値T1に達した時に、該第1温度閾値T1を維持するように圧縮機11の圧縮容量を制御することを特徴とする。【選択図】図6
