PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controller for electric vehicle capable of determining a rotor rotary angle of a motor properly always, simplifying a basic constitution of detection means for detecting the rotor rotary angle significantly, and contributing to reduction of production cost significantly.SOLUTION: A resolver for outputting a pulse signal for each minute rotary angle and a first standard signal for each specific standard angle, is provided on a front motor of a front wheel, and a magnetic sensor for outputting only a second standard signal for each specific standard angle, is provided on a rear motor of a rear wheel. By integrating the pulse signal and resetting it at timing of the first standard signal, a sawtooth wave-shaped rotary angle signal SIGf is generated. Based on the rotary angle signal SIGf, a rotary angle of a rotor of the front motor Mf is determined. On the other hand, a ratio Rf/Rr of both motor deceleration ratio is multiplied to the rotary angle signal SIGf for generating a rotary angle signal SIGr, and based on the rotary angle signal SIGr, a rotary angle of the rotor of the rear motor MR is estimated.

    【課題】モータのロータ回転角を常に的確に判別可能とした上で、ロータの回転角を検出する検出手段の基本構成を大幅に簡略化でき、もって製造コストの低減に大きく貢献できる電気自動車のモータ制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】前輪のフロントモータに、微小回転角毎のパルス信号と特定基準角毎の第1の基準信号とを出力するレゾルバを設け、後輪のリヤモータには、特定の基準角毎の第2の基準信号のみを出力する磁気センサを設ける。パルス信号を逐次積算して第1の基準信号のタイミングでリセットすることにより鋸波状の回転角信号SIGfを生成し、この回転角信号SIGfに基づきフロントモータMfのロータの回転角を判別する。一方、両モータの減速比の比Rf/Rrを回転角信号SIGfに乗算して回転角信号SIGrを生成し、この回転角信号SIGrに基づきリヤモータMrのロータの回転角を推定する。【選択図】図2
