PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam filling member capable of increasing a filling density of a foam, expanding a foam bulk, differentiating a foam density in every portion, and reducing a fitting man hour to a hollow structure and a cost by basically one pair of the foam filling members.SOLUTION: A foam filling member 1 for forming a foam which is foamed and hardened by being heated in a state of being arranged in a pillar (hollow structure) 4 and fills the hollow structure includes: a body part 2 made by molding a foam material in a belt-like shape; and engaging parts 3 integrally formed on both end parts of the body part 2, and engaged with fitting holes 4c formed on the hollow structure. The body part 2 has at least one knotting part 5 formed by pulling both side parts a and b so as to insert one end side part into an annular part 5a formed by folding the middle part thereof, and make a knot.

    【課題】基本的に1組の発泡充填部材により、発泡体の充填密度を高めることができ、発泡容積を拡大でき、さらに部位毎の発泡密度に差を付けることができ、中空構造体への組み付け工数及びコストを削減できる発泡充填部材を提供する。【解決手段】ピラー(中空構造体)4内に配置された状態で加熱されることで発泡硬化して前記中空構造体内を充填する発泡体を形成するための発泡充填部材1において、発泡材料を帯状に成形してなる本体部2と、該本体部2の両端部に一体形成され、前記中空構造体に形成された取付け孔4cに係止する係止部3とを有し、前記本体部2は、その中途部分を折り曲げて形成した環状部5a内に一端側部分を挿通し結び目ができるように両側部分a,bを引っ張ることにより形成された少なくとも1つの結節部5を有する。【選択図】図1
