PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric winch apparatus capable of preventing occurrence of a slip-down phenomenon of an object and a slip-down phenomenon of a brake at the time of start of hoisting-up or hoisting-down of the object.SOLUTION: An electric winch apparatus is provided with a controller 30. The controller 30 comprises: a first torque derivation section for calculating a value of hoisting-down torque applied to a drum 12 due to a load of an object 102; a second torque derivation section for calculating a value of hoisting-up torque applied to the drum 12 and generated by driving torque of an electric motor 14 on the basis of a value of a current supplied to the electric motor 14 and measured by an ammeter 34; and a brake control section for determining timing to release braking of the drum 12 on the basis of a difference between the value of the hoisting-down torque and the value of the hoisting-up torque after a lever 26a is operated from a neutral position to a hoisting-up side or a hoisting-down side, transmitting a control signal to instruct the brake 24 to release the braking of the drum 12 at the timing determined and releasing the braking with respect to the drum 12.

    【課題】対象物の巻上又は巻下の開始時に対象物のずり落ち現象やブレーキの引きずり現象の発生を防止可能な電動ウインチ装置を提供する。【解決手段】電動ウインチ装置は、コントローラ30を備え、コントローラ30は、対象物102の荷重に起因してドラム12に掛かる巻下トルクの値を算出する第1トルク導出部と、電動モータ14の駆動トルクによりドラム12に発生する巻上トルクの値を電流計34により計測された電動モータ14に供給される電流の値に基づいて算出する第2トルク導出部と、レバー26aが中立位置から巻上側又は巻下側へ操作された後、巻下トルクの値と巻上トルクの値との差に基づいて、ドラムの制動を解除するタイミングを決定し、その決定したタイミングでブレーキ24にドラムの制動の解除を指示する制御信号を送信してドラムに対する制動を解除させるブレーキ制御部とを備える。【選択図】図1
