An air outlet device 34 for delivering airflow to a vehicle passenger cabin (22, fig. 2), the device comprising an airflow duct defined between an inlet 38 and outlet 40 of the device. A flow guide 37 is situated within the duct to define upper and lower flow paths. An airflow path restrictor, for example a flap 70, is mounted to the upstream end of the flow guide and is movable to control the ratio of air flowing in the upper and lower duct streams. The restrictor may pivot to restrict, or even seal either the upper or lower pathways, or be positioned to restrict neither. A vehicle cabin ventilation system and a vehicle are also claimed.
