A vessel that is powered by the momentum created by rotating mass attached around a shaft. The shaft has ropes or cords attached at each end. When the first rope is pulled, the other rope at the opposing end is wound up ready to be pulled; subsequently, when the second rope is then pulled, the first rope is wound up again. The ropes are intended to be muscle powered by the user of the vessel. However, the ropes can be powered by a motor/engine. In a preferred embodiment, when the vessel is intended to be used on water, the back or rear of the vessel has a concave shape to stop the vessel going backwards. In another embodiment, the vessel has wheels with ratchets to prevent the board/vessel from going backwards; in this embodiment the vessel is intended to be used on land.
