An aircraft passenger cabin 10 has a number of passenger accommodation units/suites 100 arranged in at least one row extending across, and at least one column 14a extending parallel to, the cabins longitudinal axis 11a. In at least one column a pair of adjacent suites 100,200 each include a seat 101 convertible to a bed, and a footrest 107,207; the respective footrests are at a first height (fig.4,118) and a second height (fig.4,218) above the cabin floor (fig.4,10a), the heights different allowing the footprints A1,A2 of the suites to overlap in the footrest regions of each pair of suites. Each pair of suites may have access to an aisle parallel to the cabin axis. Also claimed, a cabin with suites without footrests, where each suite defines a bed direction extending from a head region to a leg region of the bed, the two bed directions of the suites different to one another, preferably by more than 10-30 degrees, the two suites facing one another. Also claimed is an aircraft seating arrangement with pairs of suites having both footrests and bed directions, where the directions may be separated by 80 degrees or more.
