Un neumático que comprende una estructura (0200) laminada, dicha estructura (0200) laminada es de una sola capa y dicha estructura (0200) laminada es una capa (0310) dilatante, comprendiendo dicha capa (0310) dilatante partículas y un aglutinante, en donde un dilatante es un fluido no newtoniano y es una mezcla que actúa como un fluido cuando se le aplican tensiones de cizallamiento pequeñas y que actúa como un sólido cuando le aplican tensiones de cizallamiento grandes, en donde dichas partículas están dispuestas de modo que la distribución de densidad de las partículas disminuye hacia unas superficies superior e inferior desde una parte central de la capa (0310).
