The present invention relates to a tube vibration damping structure that effectively controls vibration occurring in the circumferential direction in a tube in which an ultra-high-speed vehicle travels. The tube vibration damping structure according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a vehicle travel tube having a low pressure formed therein; external rings mounted outside of the tube; and at least one damping member disposed between the external rings and the tube.
