The invention provides an in-vehicle human-computer interaction method and a vehicle, wherein the method comprises detecting user's tapping actions via sensors integrated in a vehicle; and playing, in response to detecting a user's tapping action, music corresponding to the tapping action in the vehicle. According to another aspect of the present invention, the method may comprise providing a rhythm game to a user via a multimedia system of a vehicle; detecting the user's tapping actions via sensors integrated in the vehicle; and displaying an evaluation corresponding to the tapping action in the rhythm game based on the detected tapping action of the user.
