The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle intelligent control, in particular to a human-computer interaction method of a vehicle, the vehicle and a storage medium, the method comprises the following steps: in response to starting of an intelligent mode, acquiring emotion cognition data of a vehicle target user; obtaining driving state data and/or environment data of the vehicle; according to the emotion cognition data, matching a multi-modal man-machine interaction instruction in combination with driving state data and/or driving environment data of the vehicle; and outputting a multi-modal man-machine interaction instruction to the user for determination. According to the method, the user emotion, the vehicle driving state and the environment data are combined, and the appropriate multi-mode man-machine interaction instruction is matched, so that the driving experience of the user is improved.
