A lower vehicle-body front structure and a vehicle are provided in the present application. The lower vehicle-body front structure includes front longitudinal beams of an engine room respectively arranged at two sides, a front anti-collision beam connected between front ends of the front longitudinal beams of the engine room at the two sides, and a rear transverse beam of the engine room connected between rear ends of the front longitudinal beams of the engine room at the two sides. The front longitudinal beams of the engine room at the two sides are respectively connected to a front shock absorber seat. Front ends of the front longitudinal beams of the engine room at the two sides are connected to a front anti-collision beam assembly through connecting seats, and the connecting seat is provided with an energy absorption part. Outer sides of the front shock absorber seats at the two sides are respectively connected to side beams of front wheel covers, and an upper transverse beam of the front engine room is connected between side beams of the front wheel covers at the two sides, and the upper transverse beam of the front engine room is arched in a direction towards a front of a vehicle body, and an energy absorption box of the upper transverse beam of the front engine room is respectively connected between the upper transverse beam of the front engine room and each of the front shock absorber seats at the two sides. The extension section of the front anti-collision beam, the energy absorption part and the energy absorption box of the upper transverse beam of the front engine room are arranged in sequence in a direction pointing to a rear of the vehicle body. The lower vehicle-body front structure according to the present application can effectively improve collision protection performance at the front of the vehicle body.
