Provided is a vehicle, in which, in a front-side cover 102 that forms an outer surface which is more forward than a windshield of the vehicle, formed are: a front opening 107 facing an outer space in front; and an upper opening 108 positioned behind and above the front opening 107 and facing an outer space above. The inside of the front-side cover 102 is provided with an inner cover 112 forming a passage 113 for guiding wind that enters from the front opening 107 to the upper opening 108. A rotor blade 9 for wind power generation is disposed within the inner cover 112. A front end 108a of the upper opening 108 is positioned further upward than a rear end 108b thereof. The area of an outlet 113b of the passage 113 is greater than the area of an inlet 113a thereof. The inner cover 112 has an arcuate portion 114c that hides a region above the rotational axis of the rotor blade 9 when seen from the front opening 107. The center angle of the arcuate portion 114c is set to a range of 90-180 degrees. As a result, a rotor blade for wind power generation installed in a vehicle can be efficiently rotated.
