A Computer-implemented method for annotating sensor data recorded at multiple timepoints from a surrounding of a vehicle, the method comprising:- determining an object in the sensor data;- determining an object area covered by the object at a current timepoint and determining a future vehicle trajectory of the vehicle; and- annotating the object as relevant if the object area is determined to interfere with the future vehicle trajectory.
