This application relates to the field of automobile technologies, and discloses a valve, a tire pressure adjustment method, and a tire pressure adjustment apparatus, to reduce a probability of collision between a vehicle and an object. The valve includes a stem. A valve core and a fixed iron core are disposed inside the stem, a coil is wound at an outer base of the stem, the fixed iron core is fixed at an inner base of the stem, and the coil includes an interface configured to connect to a power supply. The valve core includes a valve core housing, a movable iron core, and a spring connected to the movable iron core, and an air hole is disposed at the top of the valve core housing. When the coil is not powered on, the spring generates an upward force on the movable iron core, so that the movable iron core is connected to the bottom of the valve core housing. When the coil is powered on, the bottom of the valve core housing separates from the movable iron core, and air inside the stem enters the valve core through the bottom of the valve core housing and comes out from the air hole at the top of the valve core housing.
