Provided are a method and apparatus for determining an endurance mileage, and a vehicle. The method comprises: when a starting signal of a vehicle is acquired, acquiring a first hydrogen consumption parameter and a second hydrogen consumption parameter of a fuel cell of the vehicle, and the current traveling parameter of the vehicle (S101); determining the average hydrogen consumption per unit of mileage of the vehicle according to the first hydrogen consumption parameter and the current traveling parameter (S 102); and determining a target endurance mileage of the vehicle according to the second hydrogen consumption parameter and the average hydrogen consumption per unit of mileage (S 103). By means of the present disclosure, the current average hydrogen consumption of a vehicle is reflected more accurately, and the accuracy and precision of calculating the endurance mileage of a vehicle are improved, such that a user can conveniently plan a subsequent traveling distance according to the endurance mileage and perform hydrogen addition according to requirements, thereby improving the driving experience of the user.
