A smooth braking control method for an elevator (100), a smooth braking control device for an elevator (100), and an elevator brake are disclosed. The elevator (100) is provided with an elevator brake (10) including a fixed part (1) and a moving part (2), and in a first state, by driving the moving part (2) to move toward an elevator power device (20) so that a friction member (4) in the moving part (2) contacts the elevator power device (20), the elevator brake (10) provides a braking force to stop an elevator car (200), and in a second state, by outputting an electromagnetic force (F2) from an electromagnetic member (3) in the fixed part (1), the friction member (4) is disengaged from the contact with the elevator power device (20); the smooth braking control method for the elevator (100) including the steps of: judging whether the elevator car (200) is in a decelerating state according to current running characteristics of the elevator car (200); obtaining a current deceleration of the elevator car (200) if it is determined that the elevator car (200) is in the decelerating state; and judging whether the obtained current deceleration exceeds a preset value, and controlling a magnitude of the electromagnetic force (F2) output from the electromagnetic member (3) if the obtained current deceleration exceeds the preset value, so that the deceleration of the elevator car (200) is not larger than the preset value.
