In a liquefied gas carrying vessel including a cargo tank for storing liquefied gas, and a spray device for performing spray operation of spraying the liquefied gas into the cargo tank, the liquefied gas carrying vessel using gas generated through vaporization of the liquefied gas as fuel for propulsion, a coefficient to be multiplied with a vapor quality in the cargo tank in calculating, from the vapor quality, a spray vaporization rate representing a ratio of a flow rate of gas vaporized in the cargo tank with respect to a spray flow rate of the liquefied gas, is calculated in advance on the basis of actual measured data in the liquefied gas carrying vessel, and the spray vaporization rate for optional date and time in a voyage is predicted as a value obtained by multiplying the vapor quality for the optional date and time by the coefficient.
