A tire noise reduction apparatus (100) including a housing (110) mounted on an external circumferential surface of a wheel rim (1) on which a tire (50) is mounted, the housing (110) having an internal space (111s) and being open at one side in a circumferential direction of the wheel rim (1), wherein the housing (110) includes a neck (112) at an opposite side which is opposite to the open one side; and a movable member (120) inserted into the internal space (111s) of the housing (110) through the open one side of the housing and having an internal space (121s) in fluidical communication with the internal space (111s) of the housing, the movable member (120) being mounted to the housing (110) to be movable in a direction in which the movable member (120) is inserted into the internal space (111s) of the housing and in a direction in which the movable member (120) is withdrawn out of the housing (110).
