The present disclosure provides a series-parallel hybrid power system and a vehicle comprising the series-parallel hybrid power system, in order to increase an output torque of a motor. The series-parallel hybrid power system includes a planetary gear set. The planetary gear set includes three power input ends and a power output end. The hybrid power system further includes an engine, a first motor, and a second motor. The engine, the first motor, and the second motor are correspondingly connected to the three power input ends, respectively. An output shaft of the engine, an output shaft of the first motor, and an output shaft of the second motor are non-coaxially arranged. The hybrid power system includes an engine locking mechanism configured to lock a power input end corresponding to the engine. A gearbox is arranged between at least one of the first motor and the second motor and a power input end corresponding to the planetary gear set. The gearbox can change a high rotational speed of the motor to a low rotational speed, and can change a low torque of the motor to a high torque, thereby increasing the torque input from the motor to the planetary gear set.
