The invention relates to an electromechanically adjustable roll stabiliser (9) for a chassis of a motor vehicle, having an actuator (13) which is arranged between two portions (10, 11) and has an electric motor (20) and a transmission (51) connected to the rotor shaft (25) of the electric motor, to generate a torque effective between the portions (10, 11). An actuator housing (16) of the actuator (13) accommodates the electric motor (20), the transmission (51) and power electronics (31) provided with a heat sink (32). The heat sink (32) is thermally coupled to the actuator housing (16) such that the heat sink (32) is approximately, preferably exactly, orthogonal to the longitudinal axis of the actuator and is fixed to an inner lateral surface (41) of the actuator housing (16, 18) via the outer lateral surface (42), formed by an outer edge, of the heat sink to create the thermal coupling.
