Provided is a parking brake lever device reducing weight and cost while ensuring the strength of a teeth section provided in a ratchet formed separately from a sector. A parking brake lever device 11 is provided with: a ratchet 39 provided with a teeth section 39B; a sector 13 to which the ratchet 39 is firmly mounted through riveting; and a first half-cut body 25 and a second half-cut body 27 that are provided in a pivotable manner with respect to the sector 13 in a state in which the sector 13 is sandwitched therebetween via a support pin P1 inserted into a pivoting pin hole 13D in the sector 13. The first half-cut body 25 and the second half-cut body 27 constitute a lever body. The thickness of the sector 13 is less than the thickness of the ratchet 39 in the axial direction of the support pin P1.
