Stud pin is provided for easy insertion and for superior pin release resistance. When the lower flange of the stud pin is viewed in an extending direction of the trunk portion, an edge defining a peripheral shape of the lower flange has a first side of a shape protruding roundly toward an outer side of the lower flange, protruding in a first direction orthogonal to the extending direction of the trunk portion, and a second side provided on an opposite side to the first side with respect to a tip disposal position where the tip is provided. The second side extends in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction and the extending direction, and is provided with a recess that is recessed toward an inner side of the lower flange.
