The invention provides a method for operating a hybrid drive of a vehicle. The hybrid drive has an internal combustion engine and an electric machine. The electric machine at least operates in a generator working mode and a motor working mode according to the torque requirement of the hybrid drive. The electric machine is electrically connected with a traction energy storage device used for storing and providing electric energy for the electric machine in an electric traction power grid. The traction power grid and a whole vehicle power grid of vehicles are connected directly in parallel to form a total power grid. In the whole vehicle power grid, multiple other electric vehicle parts are connected electrically. The invention also provides a vehicle comprising the hybrid drive which comprises an internal combustion engine and an electric machine. The electric machine at least operates in a generator working mode and a motor working mode according to the torque requirement of the hybrid drive. The electric machine is electrically connected with a traction energy storage device used for storing and providing electric energy for the electric machine in an electric traction power grid. The traction power grid and a whole vehicle power grid of vehicles are connected directly in parallel to form a total power grid.
