The sleeve section and the pin section are axially displaceable relative to each other for adjusting the length of the shaft. The sleeve section (110) has a sleeve tooth portion (11) and the pin section has a pin tooth portion (21). The sleeve tooth portion (11) and the pin tooth portion (21) are in occlusion for transmitting a torque, and the pin tooth portion (21) is also coated with plastic (30) on at least one axial end thereof through injection molding. The plastic for injection molding is secured against axial movements through at least one insurance slot (22) of the pin tooth portion (21).
