The front pillar (30, 130) includes a pillar outer panel (32, 132) and a pillar inner panel (36, 136). The pillar outer panel (32, 132) is disposed on an outside in a vehicle width direction. The pillar inner panel (36, 136) is disposed on an inside in the vehicle width direction. The pillar outer panel (32, 132) and the pillar inner panel (36, 136) form a closed cross-section. A cowl (40, 140) extends in the vehicle width direction and includes a cowl-side bent portion (42, 142). The cowl-side bent portion (42, 142) is an end of the cowl (40, 140) on the outside in the vehicle width direction that is bent toward a rear side in a vehicle front-rear direction, and laid and welded on the outside in the vehicle width direction of a front end of the pillar inner panel (36, 136).
