The invention provides a front fingerboard structure, a front fingerboard assembly structure and a vehicle with the front fingerboard assembly structure. The front fingerboard structure comprises a front fingerboard upper tubular beam, a front fingerboard lower tubular beam and a shear plate. The front fingerboard lower tubular beam is of an n-shaped structure; the bottom surface of the middle part of the front fingerboard upper tubular beam is connected with the upper surface of the middle part of the front fingerboard lower tubular beam; the rear portion of the front fingerboard upper tubular beam, the rear portion of the front fingerboard lower tubular beam and the shear plate form a triangular structure. The rigidity of the front fingerboard structure is improved, kinetic energy absorption in the collision process is increased, in addition, due to the fact that the rigidity of the rear portion of the front fingerboard structure is larger than that of the front portion of the front fingerboard structure, in the collision process, the rear portion structure is bent to absorb energy, meanwhile, lateral rigidity is provided, the whole vehicle moves in the lateral direction, and damage to a passenger compartment from a barrier is reduced. Compared with a traditional multi-metal-plate welding structure, the front fingerboard structure provided by the invention has the advantages that the number of parts is reduced, and meanwhile, sufficient rigidity and energy absorption are provided.

    本发明提供一种前指梁结构、前指梁装配结构及具有其的车辆,所述前指梁结构包括:前指梁上管梁、前指梁下管梁和剪力板;所述前指梁下管梁呈“几”形结构;所述前指梁上管梁中部的底面与所述前指梁下管梁中部的上表面连接;所述前指梁上管梁的后部、所述前指梁下管梁的后部和所述剪力板形成一个三角结构。所述前指梁结构的刚度得到改善,增加了碰撞过程中的动能吸能,此外,由于所述前指梁结构的后部刚度大于前部刚度,在碰撞过程中,后部结构弯曲吸能,同时提供侧向刚度,使得整车侧向运动,减少壁障对乘员舱的伤害。相对传统多钣金焊接结构结构,本发明中提供的前指梁结构减少了零件数量,同时提供足够的刚度和吸能。
