The device also has a device for keeping the light incidence region clean and/or for cleaning the same, that features at least one deflecting element that is movable over the light incidence region in a way that allows it to prevent the deposition of dust and dirt on the light incidence region and/or to remove dust and/or dirt from the at least one light incidence region.
