A spar (2), which is an embodiment of this carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic structure, is equipped with both a carbon fiber prepreg (6) and a conduction layer (8) that is provided on the surface (6a) of the carbon fiber prepreg (6) and that restricts the conduction in the thickness direction of the carbon fibers (6f) and ensures the conduction in the plane direction of the carbon fibers (6f).
