The invention relates to an actuator (1) for an electromechanical brake system of a vehicle, comprising: - a transmission element (4) which is designed to actuate at least one brake in response to an exerted actuator force (FAkt), - a first actuating mechanism (2) which is designed to exert the actuator force (FAkt) upon the transmission element (4) for actuating the actuator (1) in response to an electric input signal, and a second actuating mechanism (3) which is designed to exert the actuator force (FAkt) upon the transmission element (4) for actuating the actuator (1) in response to a fluidic, in particular a hydraulic or pneumatic, input signal. Furthermore, an electromechanical brake system and a vehicle are disclosed.
