A coke oven track adjusting method is characterized by comprising the following steps: a, manufacturing two portal frames and arranging a drooping chain block in the middle of a cross beam of each portal frame, b, oppositely arranging the two portal frames according to the length of each coke oven track I-shaped steel, c, respectively arranging the two portal frames at two ends of the coke oven track I-shaped steel in a hanging manner, and hoisting coke oven rail I-shaped steel, and quickly adjusting a section of rail to finish the installation of the coke oven rail. The coke oven track adjusting method has the advantages that the portal frame device is simple in structure and convenient to manufacture, the carrying workload of workers is reduced, the crane cost is reduced, the working efficiency of field personnel can be improved, the project progress is accelerated, the track and the track beam are assembled in advance and adjusted integrally, the construction time can be shortened, and the crane use cost can be reduced.

    一种焦炉轨道调整方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:a、制作两个龙门架,每个龙门架横梁的中间设置下垂的手拉葫芦,b、根据每根焦炉轨道工字钢的长度,将两个龙门架相对布置,c、两个龙门架采取担吊形式分别设置在焦炉轨道工字钢的两端,吊起焦炉轨道工字钢,快速对一段轨道调整,完成焦炉轨道安装。本发明的焦炉轨道调整方法具有龙门架装置结构简单、制作方便,减少工人搬运工作量,减少吊车费用,能够提高现场人员作业效率,加快工程进度,轨道与轨道梁提前组装,整体调整,能够缩短施工时间和降低吊车使用费用的优点。
