The invention discloses a vertical posture adjusting type coke oven door mounting system and a use method thereof. Comprising a main shell, a levelness adjusting unit arranged in the main shell and used for adjusting the horizontal posture of a furnace door, a verticality adjusting unit arranged below the levelness adjusting unit, a displacement compensation unit arranged in the main shell and used for compensating the spatial displacement of the furnace door, and a hanging assembly arranged below the verticality adjusting unit and used for hanging the furnace door. The lifting lug is arranged above the displacement compensation unit, and the posture sensing unit and the electric control system are arranged on the surface of the furnace door. The levelness adjustment of the furnace door is realized by utilizing a chain transmission mechanism, the verticality adjustment of the furnace door is realized by utilizing a principle that a cylinder is combined with a triangular structure and the gravity center position is changed by utilizing object deformation so as to change a free pose state in a space, and meanwhile, the verticality adjustment of the furnace door is realized by aiming at horizontal displacement generated in the verticality adjustment process. The displacement compensation unit is integrated in the furnace door posture adjusting device, so that the furnace door posture adjusting function is more complete and effective.

    本发明公开了一种竖向姿态调整式焦炉炉门安装系统及其使用方法,包括:主壳体、设于主壳体内用于调节炉门水平姿态的水平度调整单元、设置于水平度调整单元下方的竖直度调整单元、设于主壳体内用于补偿炉门空间位移的移位补偿单元、设于竖直度调整单元下方用于挂连炉门的吊连组件、设于移位补偿单元上方的吊耳、设置于炉门表面的姿态传感单元、电控系统;利用链条传动机构实现了炉门的水平度调整,并利用气缸结合三角形结构,及利用物体变形改变重心位置,从而改变空间中自由位姿状态的原理,实现了炉门的竖直度调整,与此同时,针对竖直度调整过程中产生的水平位移,在本发明中集成了移位补偿单元,使得炉门姿态调整功能更加完整有效。
