The invention relates to the technical field of foldable propellers, and provides an unmanned aerial vehicle foldable propeller based on a reed structure, the unmanned aerial vehicle foldable propeller comprises a propeller hub, blades, a main reed and an auxiliary reed, and the auxiliary reed is connected with a transmission locking mechanism; a main reed is fixedly arranged on one side of the propeller hub, and the main reed is attached to the propeller blades when the propeller blades are in a folded state so as to provide elastic force needed by unfolding of the propeller blades; an auxiliary reed and a transmission locking mechanism are fixedly arranged on the other side of the propeller hub, and the transmission locking mechanism is connected with the auxiliary reed through a connecting rod; and the transmission locking mechanism is used for controlling the movement of the auxiliary reed according to the rotating signal of the propeller and locking the blades in the rotating state of the propeller. According to the propeller structure, a rapid and reliable automatic unfolding mechanism is achieved through the design of the reeds, and the response speed of the propeller in the starting process is effectively increased; and meanwhile, higher structural stability is achieved in the flight process, and the flight deviation problem caused by paddle shaking is remarkably solved.

    本发明涉及可折叠的螺旋桨技术领域,提出了一种基于簧片结构的无人机可折叠螺旋桨,包括桨毂、桨叶、主簧片与副簧片,副簧片连接有传动锁紧机构;桨毂的一侧固定设置主簧片,主簧片在桨叶折叠状态下贴靠于桨叶上,以提供桨叶展开所需的弹力;桨毂的另一侧固定设置副簧片与传动锁紧机构,传动锁紧机构通过连杆与副簧片连接;传动锁紧机构用于根据螺旋桨旋转的信号控制副簧片运动,并在螺旋桨旋转状态下锁紧桨叶。该螺旋桨结构通过簧片的设计实现了快速、可靠的自动展开机制,有效提升了螺旋桨在启动过程中的响应速度;同时在飞行过程中具备更高的结构稳定性,显著降低了桨叶晃动带来的飞行偏差问题。
