A foldable propeller comprises a first blade (20), a second blade (30), a mounting seat (10), and an anti-swing member. The mounting seat (10) is rotatably connected to a driving mechanism of an unmanned aerial vehicle, one end of the first blade (20) and one end of the second blade (30) are rotatably connected onto the mounting seat (10), and the driving mechanism drives the mounting seat (10) torotate so as to drive the first blade (20) and the second blade (30) to rotate around a rotating center of the mounting seat (10). The anti-swing member is used for applying pressure or tension to the first blade (20) and the second blade (30), so that a connection relationship is established between the first blade (20) and the second blade (30), and the positions of the first blade (20) and thesecond blade (30) are limited. Also disclosed is the unmanned aerial vehicle. A force relationship can be established between the first blade (20) and the second blade (30) by providing the anti-swing member, and the swing of the first blade (20) or the second blade (30) is weakened or even eliminated, so that the flight of the unmanned aerial vehicle is more stable.
