The invention discloses an embedded power suspension mounting structure and mounting method.The mounting structure comprises a front longitudinal beam body and a front longitudinal beam cover plate, a front longitudinal beam cavity is formed between the front longitudinal beam body and the front longitudinal beam cover plate, a through hole is formed in the side face of the front longitudinal beam body, and a power suspension is embedded into the front longitudinal beam cavity through the through hole; the front longitudinal beam cover plate is provided with a front suspension front partition plate, a front suspension rear partition plate and a suspension installation point sleeve to serve as suspension installation points, bolt holes are formed in the periphery of the through hole, and a power suspension is installed on the suspension installation points in the mode that bolts penetrate through the bolt holes. While the strength, rigidity and other performance of a suspension mounting point are guaranteed, the suspension is arranged in the longitudinal beam cavity, the space of the forecabin is fully utilized, and the problems that the arrangement space of the forecabin is insufficient, and consequently pedestrian protection buffer space is insufficient are solved.

    本发明公开了一种嵌入式动力悬置安装结构及安装方法,安装结构包括前纵梁本体和前纵梁盖板,所述前纵梁本体和前纵梁盖板之间形成前纵梁型腔,所述前纵梁本体的侧面开设通孔,动力悬置通过所述通孔嵌入前纵梁型腔内;所述前纵梁盖板上设置有前悬置前隔板、前悬置后隔板和悬置安装点套管作为悬置安装点,所述通孔的周围设置有螺栓孔,动力悬置通过螺栓穿过螺栓孔安装在悬置安装点上;本发明在保证悬置安装点强度、刚度等性能的同时,通过把悬置布置到纵梁型腔之中,充分利用前舱空间,解决前舱布置空间不足及因此导致的行人保护缓冲空间不足问题。
