    本发明提供了一种悬挂横梁结构及具有其的车辆,涉及汽车悬挂技术领域。悬挂横梁结构,包括:横梁主体,横梁主体上开设有至少一个第一减重槽,第一减重槽由横梁主体的外侧向横梁主体的内侧凹陷形成,且第一减重槽的长度方向沿横梁主体的长度方向延伸设置;纵梁连接段,纵梁连接段为两个,两个纵梁连接段分别设置于横梁主体的两端;其中,纵梁连接段与横梁主体一体成型地设置。本方案于横梁主体上开设第一减重槽可大幅度减轻横梁主体的重量,横梁主体与纵梁连接段一体成型地设置,通过纵梁连接段可与车辆的纵梁连接,保证了将横梁主体与纵梁连接时的强度,实现了减轻整车的重量的同时保证横梁的强度满足要求,提升了车辆的燃油效率和操作性能。
